Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Bancroft, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.

We coordinate Bancroft scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.

EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
